IEP has a total of 7 automated plating lines and 3 manual lines.
These lines can process over 60 tons of material per shift. We not only can process large volumes, but we have the equipment for plating small orders.
• RACK ZINC MACHINE #1 - A 27 station line capable of processing parts up to 132" wide by 54" deep.

- • WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM - Our wastewater system is capable of processing up to 150 gallons of water per minute. The wastewater treatment includes a chemical process in which reagents are added to wastewater in a reactor to destroy or precipitate the contaminates. This system uses advanced electronic controls to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met.

• TRUCKS - We have four diesel trucks (24 ft. beds) for pick up and delivery of parts. We make regular stops in Charlotte, NC and the surrounding areas. We will also consider additional pickups based on volume.

• LABORATORY FACILITIES - We have a lab on sight with various pieces of equipment to ensure all our chemistries are maintained properly and to ensure that our plating meets your specifications. Statistical quality control is maintained on all processes and “Certificates of Conformance” can be furnished on request
• BRIGHT NICKEL MACHINE - Our newest machine can process both barrel and rack plated parts with a decorative bright nickel coating.
