With 8 process lines, 6 of which are automated, we have the capability to process over 30 tons of material per shift. We can process large jobs and also have the equipment to do the small orders.
Our quick delivery is something in which we take pride, on an order of any size. Our typical turnaround time is 48 hours. In many cases, for a surcharge, we can plate “while you wait”. We have 6 large trucks for delivery, with well-trained and courteous drivers.
We do offer an extremely quick turnaround but not at the cost of quality.

ISO 9001:2015 (PDF – 387KB) program includes written procedures to ensure a totally consistent product. We have formal training programs to ensure that our employees are continually growing in their ability to perform their jobs at the highest level possible. Our quality control program has been approved by the industries we service, including those who supply the automotive and nuclear power industry.
IEP laboratories analyze our chemical solutions to ensure that we consistently produce at the highest quality. Of course, formal procedures are in place to ensure that all solutions are checked on a set schedule. We have a “Certified Electroplater-Finisher” (CEF) on staff to head up this area of our operation. We also utilize analytical equipment (including an x-ray fluorescence system) to evaluate plated products. “Certificates of Conformance” are available upon request.
